Lexy’s first morning in her new home. She doesn’t know what is going on. We left her in the crate all day, came home for lunch. The webcam we had setup was great. We watched her from work.

This video isn’t exciting at all.

No that was great!!! She is totally checking everything out and approving....

Her body language was freeer, more relaxed, still a bit nervous but the environment is brand spankin new..

thank you.

lol just call me Zim, everyone else does

as to the duck...she likes it. its new, it makes a stimulating noise, and its hers.

She will likely either love on it and carry it around indefinitely or she will destroy it.

Dogs mouths are their hands in a sense.

They call me the Dog Whispereing because I can read their minds.. I watched the video and could hear her in my mind, "I can poop here.. and here... and over here.. and especially here"

;) Just kidding.. she looks fine.. not stressed at all and as long as the pack leader is calm she should adapt easy.

zimandtakandgrrandmimi, thanks a bunch. Really helpful. Um, what do you think about this? One of the toys, she acts like it is her baby or something. She whines a little and then carries it away.

My golden retriever (RIP) did that with her squeak toys, never anything bad, i kind of always thought she was mothering the toy because they squeaked...she would pick it up whine and cry a little go lay down with it and lick it until she passed out...
