Labrador mix issues

Hello, I have a lab mixed with a collie. And I am here to help figure out t some new issues that have arose. She’s a service dog and was amazing for a long time and now she’s showing some issues towards another dogs! I’m here because I’m broke and can’t take her to a trainer at this moment in time!
