Well long story short, when I came home christmas time Koda lid down on the couch next to me accidently forgot my phone was under the cushion he was on and it vibrated.
He jumped a mile, since then he is still scared and also when ever my stomach growls he flees!
I've been working with him by simply turning off my phone and placing it near him ( which he is fine with now) and rubbing my phone down his back.

I've tried having him across the room and make my phone vibrate but nothing, poor guy I feel so bad.

As for my stomach growling, he sleeps with me when im home and as soon as we are all cuddled in bed and he hears my stomach he bolts to the end of the bed :(

Clearly its not that big of a deal, but i'd still like him not to fear something so silly where its my fault
Advice?

Make the phone vibrate and give him a high-value treat, something reserved for special occasions. This is what worked to end my dog's fear of my hair dryer.
