That looks like the collar I show my dogs in for Rally, Obedience, Carting, etc. Go to Woof Wear collars and look at their turquoise collections. There's one on the first dog collar page and then one called Jumbo Turquoise further on. I didn't look at collar widths.
I have a Woof Wear collar I use on my Rotties in competition. Mine is a Square Turquoise from page 3, and for me it's too pretty to use every day.
