It would also help if you explained in more detail exactly what your dog is doing that is making things so difficult. Skittish and fearful can cover an extremely large range of behaviour. The more specific you are, the better able we will be to help you.
Issues with my dog
I just need some help with my current dog.
He has issues that I cannot deal with anymore. He was given to me by my mom, she got him from my grandmother who no longer wanted him. When we first got him from my grandmother he was fine, then we got him fixed.
I am at my wits end.
After getting fixed (4 years ago) he has become extremely fearful and skittish, I don't know what to do. It's to the point where I can no longer deal with him.
