Hey guys,

Do you think this puppy is a long haired or short haired chihuahua?

I couldn't tell for sure, it is 9 weeks old.

It's fluffy, so it's a long coat. A short coat is much tighter. If s/he is AKC registerable, the breeder should have marked the registration slip with coat type and color.

She's (he?) unbelievably cute. And yes, long haired. The shorthair Chi puppies I've seen were all very slick at that age.
