I can’t find anything similar on the web. I’m not sure if his paw has always been like this or not, I noticed it a few months after adopting him. He doesn’t always stand on it in this way either. The vet inspected him and said he’s flat footed and might be compensating for his left leg that broke in the past.
No, that is definitely not normal. If your regular vet can't find out what's going on, then getting a referral to an orthopedic specialist would be a good idea.
