Is this a Lhasa Apso or Havanese or what?

Looks more Lhasa than Havanese to me. But it would be easier to tell if we could see the whole body in motion.

at the top of this video it say "Shih Tzu".....so i guess it's a Shih Tzu, tho the muzzle seems a little longer than normal......

Either Shih Tzu or Lhasa Apso. Havenese, as far as I know, do not have that smashed in face as the others do (sorry forgot that long term they use).

Other than the slightly longer muzzle, I'd say the dog has no Havanese in there at all.
