She’s a giant schnauzer and it’s hard to tell under all that hair what her “physique” is but I can easily feel her ribs.

8 weeks - 10.5 lbs (4.8 kg)
11 weeks - 18 lbs (8.2 kg)
12 weeks - 21 lbs (9.5 kg)
13 weeks - 24.4 lbs (11.1 kg)

I was told you want slow and steady weight gain with this breed but she’s starting to gain 3-3.5 lbs a week now. Is that too much? She gets 3 cups of food a day and I’ll admit she gets like 15 “kibble” treats throughout the day for training purposes which I’m working on not giving her as many.

Update: So I took her to vet (she needed her second round of vaccines anyway). In addition to having infections in both of her ears it turns out that she is actually underweight and needs to be fed more! I was told under all that hair her ribs can be felt way too easily. I’m increasing her daily feeding from 3 to 4 cups.
