It sounds like you are doing it right so far. Just keep doing what are you are so far, especially the supervised interaction, till Sadie and the rest of the household settles into the new routine.
Sadie is a young dog so some puppy excitement is normal but she should calm down soon. You can perhaps give Sadie a favorite treat or toy and let her enjoy it in the same room as you and the baby to get her more used to those scary baby noises.
