*sigh* I am in puppy heaven. My boys are at the PERFECT age.

They are just past four months.

They are so well trained... they love to learn new commands... I can't remember the last time they had a potty accident in the house... they ring the potty bell when they need to go, then trot to where they can see me, looking expectantly at me to let them out (I really need to video tape this; it's adorable!!)... they are just so well trained, and yet they are still little and cuddly and lovey and fuzzy and puppy-ish and adorable.

WHY can't it stay like this forever??? I'm already sad thinking of them getting bigger (they're already growing like weeds), not to mention entering adolescence! *sigh*

Don't mind me, just celebrating the puppy nirvana I'm in these days, and wishing it could last forever!

I know what you mean--I am a self proclaimed puppy-holic (is that a word??)
I know a lot of people can't wait for the puppy phase to be over but I love everything about it...

Puppy-holic... hehe... I like that!

Don't get me wrong, I'm VERRRRRY glad we're past the accidents-in-the-house phase (in spite of their being littler and cuddlier then :D)... they're just in that "best of both worlds" stage where they're still puppy-looking but without all the headache that you have before they're trained. I just wish the "best of both worlds" phase would last longer!

I like the way puppies feel "squishy" when you pick them up- and they just melt into you. Shame on you- now I want another puppy.
