Can someone please tell me the breed of this beautiful dog?

My daughter saw this dog when we where on vacation in The Philippines and took a snapshot of it. She absolutely love this dog and would like to see if we can find one that looks like this.

It's hard to tell...maybe a mix of some sort. It's a cutie, whatever it is!

I really don't think it's a purebred dog.

I agree, looks like a mix. The color is called brindle and you can find plenty of dogs with the coloring. Just don't get a dog because you like its looks though, make sure its activity level and personality work with your family's lifestyle.

I would say that it could be an American Staffy crossed with something, but I do agree that you should not buy a dog becuase you like the look of it. Please I would greatly advise you to look at temperments and everything before making the commitment of owning a dog

I know we have to look into all that, that is one of the main reason why I asked about the breed so we can research everything we need to know. We definitely have to do more research before taking one great responsibility.

Looks like it has some pitbull in it, maybe boxer for the brindle and maybe even some shepherd mix....hard to tell.

really dosn't look like there is much if any bully in that dog at all. looks mostly like a primitive mix and maybe a bit hound

In a lot of places such as the Philippines, the street dogs have been breeding uncontrolled for so long that they no longer have any recognizable breed characteristics left. They're just plain DOGS. I believe the basic type is called "pariah dog". Anyone who gets a pariah-type dog has a truly one-of-a-kind pet! Anyway, that dog is a brindle, and there are lots of breeds that come in brindle. So you have plenty of choices!
