Heard of? No. Why are you asking? There's a lot of red flags here, and I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase from them as there's no evidence they do the bare minimum a good breeder should do to produce healthy puppies with stable temperaments. There's so little information - especially on their breeding dogs - that I'm actually concerned that this could be a broker flipping puppies for puppy mills.

I feel betrayed. I sent them money for a puppy and once it came to shipping the puppy they said the shipping company (lightwave shipping agency) needed a special heated crate to ship the puppy. I could rent one from the shipping company for $1450 and then once the puppy was shipped I would get my money back. I don’t have anymore money for this shipping crate. All of our Christmas money was for the puppy. Have you heard of this shipping agency? I guess apart of me still wants to hope we get the puppy. I am thinking I was taken advantage of.

That sounds pretty scammy, especially with them not alerting you until shipping. I'd wonder if the puppies existed at all at this point. Googling the kennel's name brings up nothing but their own website, which is very troubling. I'd seriously consider contacting Canadian authorities in charge of fraud and scams at this point (I'm not Canadian, but this looks like a good place to start Scams and fraud - Canada.ca). I'm very sorry you've had to go through this, and I hope you find some way to settle this in your favor.

BBB article on puppy/pet scams

See if your experience raises red flags named in this article

I did not go to their website. I looked up its registration instead:

a two week old website selling almost anything is a big sign of a scam (absent proof otherwise such as a record of existing brick and mortar store, a long time social media page, or other known physical presence)
