Hello
I have a 4 year old Havanese who hurt his leg a day ago while jumping up on a bed. Which he has done over and over before.
He will not put any pressure on leg.
He does let touch and feel the leg with out a sound or wimper.
when compared to other rear leg, it seems to have a swollen leg muscle.
I hoping it is just a muscle sprain, it does appear to broke.
Any suggestions for treatment?
I will be taking to vet if conditions don not improve by tomorrow.
Thanks for the help.

"It does appear to broke." or "It does NOT appear to be broken." I'm assuming it is a typo that you left out the NOT, because a broken leg will almost always be painful. However, a sprain can only hurt when bearing weight. I'd recommend icing the injury, but not sure where to ice.

If I call my Vet, she will usually call back with a recommendation and a decision point about when to come in... Maybe your Vet does the same?
