Hi I have a 7 month old pom and I've had her for about 4 weeks. Almost every night she poops in her crate. She is a small pom and so she has lots of space in her crate to go potty. Do you suggest getting a smaller crate? Also, does anyone have any tips on training a pom to sit and spin and do tricks in general, because I've noticed her attention spam is very short, and sometimes she'll eat the treats and not at other times so I'm not sure how to reward her when she doesn't eat the treats? At the moment I'm trying to teach her to sit, but she's not learning anything. Does anyone have any tips for training pomeranians?

Yes, a smaller crate will help. So will setting an alarm, so that you can take her out in the middle of the night so that she doesn't have to soil her crate.

Puppies have the attention span of a gnat. If that. Poms learn pretty much the same way other dogs learn. Positive methods are always preferred. Kikopup on YouTube has some excellent free videos on how to train things. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-qnqaajTk6bfs3UZuue6IQ
