I have a 8 week old Siberian Husky and I am confused on how to potty train him as where he grew up he has got a habit to poo and pee on puppy pads. Any help?

Use a crate indoors or be very vigilant watching him and take up the puppy pads. Put them outside.
Eventually, after a few weeks, you should be able to take them up outside once he understands. This means you have to get him out often enough not to make any mistakes in the house. Food Reward when he does go outside, evenb on the pads.
If it is windy you may have to weight them down.
