Twice a day here as well. When life is normal and we're away from the home working, we usually feed in the morning right before the last person leaves (so often around 7am to 7:30am) and then in the evening about 6:30pm or so (sometimes later now that I've lost my "alarm" dog who would come and stare at me right around 6:30pm every single day to make sure I fed her on time).
Now that we're home all day, we tend to be a bit more lax. They usually get fed mid-morning sometime and between 6 and 7 in the evening.
They're fed a measured amount (1/2 cup each) both times. If there's any heavy training going on when they're getting a lot of treats, their food gets cut back to compensate.
