Here's a link to the petition that's being generated to persuade the Post Office to honor Rinny.

I don't know how many of you remember him, but I do and I'd love to see a stamp in his memory. :D

My love of German Shepherds came from watching the tv show.. (reruns of course! :d)

Remember him, I trained him, Oh!Oh! alzheimer's moment. I didn't train him but I have spent hours watching the big rascal.
when you say watching you mean on Tv right? cause other wise you'ed be REALLY old lol. I think Rin Tin TIn died in the 1930's if I'm not mistaken, (of course he has many offspring that carry on his name)

Of course on TV but when I was a wee child they had repeats of some of the serials in the movie theaters in the 40s Rinny died a few yrs before I was hatched.(1932 I think)

Yup the original Rinny died August 10, 1932. But his legacy and his progeny live on!!!!!
