Housetraining our new puppy/NEED ADVICE

Hello All,we recently aquired an new11 week old Yorkshire terrier/toy Poodle mix.She started out doing pretty well not having many accidents in the house,but the last couple of days she seems to have regressed eliminating from both ends and from what we believe hiding the dirty deed as well.What can we due to curb this issue and what should we due to strenghten our proactive approach.

Wrong assumption punishing would only inhibit her from understanding from her mistakes and we would never establish a strong bond with our dog.We have tried going back to the basics but she does a lot of crying and wimpering while in her crate she seems to really enjoy her crate during our down time.

Unfortunately we not home all day ,but I do go home for lunch and take her out.She is probably crated for a total of 4-5 hours.Every hour seems to be too long she needs to go out almost every 30-45 min.
