I make my puppy home made biscuits; peanut butter with something added like carrot or apple; I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas on what to add to them so I can have a tasty variety for him!

Saw a cookbook for dogs at the bookstore. Paycheck day will be back at store buying it. A whole book of recipes to make for that someone special. AWESOME!

A lot of human cookie recipes can be modified to suit dogs. Usually just remove the sugar, or most of the sugar from the recipe. I made some cute little gingerbread men with no sugar this christmas.. the recipe used apple sauce or something so it was still sweet.. and the dogs loved them! We gave them out in little jars to all the family dogs.

Good idea for special treats. I made pumpkin pie and stole a bit of the mix before milk and sugar was in and baked it for the dogs. Big hit!
