You really need to get her in to the emergency vet, the sooner the better.

If there is one Advil you found, there could be several more that she actually ingested. Dental floss is extremely dangerous, because it can slice right though their intestinal walls.

Also, Advil and Aleve are different drugs. Advil is ibuprofen and Aleve is Naproxen sodium. Neither one is good for dogs.
