I'm new to poms, so I'm so glad to join this group...
Anyway, I just rescued a 2 year old male pom. He is already neutered and
housetrained! He is very smart and sweet.
My question for now is, how much water should he be drinking? I got him 6 days
ago, and at first he really drank more than now, and now he has only been
drinking like a couple times a day.He has only peed once so far today early when
we got up this morning.
I'm just so happy to have him, and this is probably a stupid question for me to
ask, but I just want to make sure that what he's doing is normal.By the way,
today is the only day he has peed once.He has gone more than once before up till
today.
Is this all ok? Like I said, i'm new to all this, so please forgive me for being
too worried...

What are you feeding him? If you're feeding canned food or a raw diet, he's getting water in his food so would naturally drink less. As long as water's available and he's healthy he'll drink what he needs.

Welcome to the forum and to the fascinating world of dogs.
