Hi everyone...I just adopted a Siberian Husky not to long ago...(September) I've always had dogs -- my last guy died in 2006 --

I've never had a Husky before -- but they are great! He is so sweet and friendly and he listens very well -- he just loves to run and won't come when he is -- so I cannot leave him off leash.

He is a little picky with his food -- I've settled on Blue Buffalo Dry Food and Boiled Chicken in Broth -- he also likes raw veggies....

Does anyone have any knowledge of Blue Buffalo?...he seems to like it...and any hints on Huskies?

Thank you, she is a brat!!! But she is my brat and I couldn't love her more! You husky is beautiful too!

I have 3 huskies, they are way too much fun.

My oldest is a picky eater, too. He didn't care for Blue Buffalo at all, so we switched to Taste of the Wild and he's finally not fur and bones anymore!

Good luck with your Husky, post some pics of him! One of the main things to know about Huskies is that they are extremely stubborn and will not do something unless they see a point to it, so obedience training is almost a must for these dogs.

Practice N.I.L.I.F, it's a sticky in the training forum, and it will help a lot with the husky temperment and bond you two together.
