Could it just be hot spots? There are some all natural sprays/foams out there that you could try.

I must be missing where to upload images but I have a 11 moth old Great Dane/ Pit mix with lots of small dots of missing hair. He was stung by yellow jackets 20+times about 2 months ago and the vets thought the skin issue was allergies, then skin infection and now he is negative for bacterial and fungus infection. Any ideas? I now cook his food and have gone through the list and my checkbook!!
