First, I sincerely doubt your new pup actually has any wolf in it but if it does, I would never, never, never leave that pup, especially as it grows into adolescence and beyond alone with your Yorkie for even a few seconds.

Actually I probably wouldn't any way. Just due to the size differences between the two dogs, the larger one could cause serious injury or even death to the smaller without meaning to. I'm not talking about immediately of course, but a few months down the line.

Well how have they been getting on for the past week?

And correct me if I'm wrong, but my math work says you got your new pup at ~6 weeks old. If that's the cas then it's going to be of upmost importance for you to be very attentive at socializing and training your new pup. Pups should never leave the litter and thier mom before the age of 8 weeks. This is a critical period for your pup to learn life lessons. At this age they start learning how to socialise and comunicate with other dogs. These basics also help them learn how to comunicate with you. Because this is such an important time for the pup many states have made it illegal to sell, place, or buy a pup under 8 weeks of age.

"I guess my question is will they kill each other or will they get along ?????"

It seems to me this is the sort of question that should have been given some thought BEFORE bringing another dog home. Of course no one can know the answer for sure. Your pup may get along very well with your older dog until he reaches maturity, or they may get along well until there is a dispute over some resource, or there may be an incident where your pup hurts or kills your little dog accidentally due to their size differences, or nothing may ever happen and they may always be best buds. As the owner of multiple dogs ranging in size from under 10 to over 100 lbs., I suggest you supervise their every interaction JUST IN CASE, and definitely get that pup into some positive classes for socialization and training ASAP. He is about 7 1/2 weeks hes already been to the vet and got his first shot and in about another week he goes back for another one also he is mabey less than a quarter of wolf his mama was half wolf/huskey and his dad was full blooded German Sheppard. They have been ok, at first Gizmo would sniff him and when Max would try to sniff Gizmo he would jump, growl and paw at him and Max would back up and lay down and walk away but now they will growl and bark at eachother and will wrestl.

I have already made plans to make an apointment at the local pet smart for Obedience class they usually dont like to start till there about 10 weeks is what they said and it last about eight weeks.

If you can find obedience classes held by a local obedience club that would be preferable to most PetsMart classes. Even those held under the auspicious of the local shelter would probably be better.

JFIS, he should not have another shot until about 4 wks after the 1st one and then about 4 wks after that....unless you're talking that he had his 1st puppy shot (DHLP-Parvo) and will be getting like his 1st Bordetella in another wk.....you don't want to over-vaccinate and if the vet is saying he needs them every 2 wks he's doing just that....

as for
will they kill each other?
...nobody can say for certain what any pack of dogs will do, even if they're the same size, breed, etc.....that's a crap-shoot....supervise....

I think some vets do things differently in different places. Here, shots are every 3 weeks. And puppies that are high risk (going to be going to a groomer at a young age, if they belong to a breeder with several different dogs, ect.) my vet will even do the first two sets 2 weeks apart, to go ahead and build some immunity up.

The problem there being that more shots, closer together does not mean more immunity.
