havent posted much latley. Ive been so busy with work, and just enjoying the outdoors. Blaze and Solo have had a pretty good summer so far. Blaze got his CGN a few weeks ago. I tried Solo on lure orsing, which he didnt like lol Neither did Blaze. I tried them both in a bush hunt, Blaze surprisingly found the rat before Solo in 15 seconds lol.

They/we have spent most of our time out at lakes/rivers and the many toronto beachs cooling off. Have yet to take them camping or to a cottage. As Ryan finally got a decent job working for the city of Toronto, so he cant take much time off right now. But we do have a cave camping trip planned in 2 weeks and another trip planned at the last weekend of Aug.

Here is a photo dump of the two.
Solo wears a bunch of cat collars on his collar so I can hear the little bells in the woods. It looks tacky, but it gives me peace of mind when he is out running int he woods and I can hear him lol

Down at the scarbourgh bluffs. I LOVE this place, so beautiful.

Solo is a mountain climber haha

waiting on something to be thrown.

And there it goes

Waiting to try lure coursing.
* And I know this and the rest of the pictures will be a shocker. I didnt *shave* him. I did use a clipper comb (over a 9 blade, have a wahl belissima so 5 in one blade)all over him leaveing 1 1/4inch all over. which really shouldnt destroy his coat. He is growing back fine. I didnt do it for the heat, hell he hardly has a under coat lol. I did it for my sanity, as all the burrs that stick to him are like glue. and I dont take hi, every where i want to due to burrs. So now we have no worries left. his coat is still long, some spots the clip on comb didnt even touch

Best picture I can get of the too of them lol

Loves chasing rocks. Can you believe this guy is over 9 years old lol.

Both of your dogs are absolutely adorable! :) Glad they had a good time! That is sooo important (to me anyways!) that a dog get to enjoy his/her life .... since their lives are so short in comparison to our own.

Great pics! And for what it is worth . Blaze looks nice and even with his trim. Looks to me like you did a good job! He almost looks like a smooth coat!

The cat collar idea is a good one too!
