Is that a long haired white german shepherd or some type of samoyed mix or both?

ain't he gorgeous....if it weren't for the fact that he has a home i'd probably adopt him in a heart beep (as my GD would say)....a friend of mine had fostered him for a while and he now belongs to her cousin....
