Grace has been with us since New Years Day and is now 15 weeks old. She's picking up the baton for our two old GSPs that we had for almost 16 years. Still has a lot to learn and will never take their place but she's carving out her own niche. She moved from Texas to Alaska in the middle of winter but is adjusting well as you can see in the photos.

Thanks for the comments. We're hoping she keeps her good looks when her snout fully develops. Shorthairs have a pretty wide variety of nose shapes, some less attractive than others. Right now it's still rather short with cute wrinkles. The rest of her proportions are looking less puppy and more dog every day.

Gorgeous girl! GSPs are my favorite breed (tied with salukis) after huskies. I *love* her coloring, the liver is so pretty.

Wow, gorgeous! I never knew I was a GSP fan, I've never met one in real life but you can feel free to send her to me! :)
PM me your address. Next time she's bouncing off the walls and chewing everything in sight I'll box her up... Oh, that's right now.

The first couple of years with them are.... challenging.

I grew up a service brat so not sure what "from" means. I've been in AK 12 years and mostly lived in the southeastern US growing up.
