Have you added canned plain cooked pumpkin to the bland food? This is the stuff without spices.. just plain. Just an idea.
As to RAW diet I can say I have never had a dog react badly to RAW with Diarrhea. Mostly the issue has been hard stools (so I add green tripe for fiber). It is also unlikely that your vet will suggest a raw diet.
One thing I would suggest doing is testing the dog's stool repeatedly over a 14 day period for parasites (discuss with your vet) to rule out coccidia or giardia or other parasites which tend to not show up due to how the parasite life cycle works and when they shed evidence of being there.
