It is pouring rain here today, the wind is gusting very badly, and my dogs will not go out to pee pee. I can tell they are unhappy; I would venture to walk with them, but the weather is nasty!

How long should I wait before I am forced to take them for their walk? It is the only time they will do both "jobs" - it is as though they need to "move" before #2 happens!

Thank you for any suggestions or help!

They should be able to hold it in for a few hours. However, if they haven't gone at all today. It wouldn't hurt to take them outside to go every couple of hours until they do. They don't have to take their walk if they don't want to, they just need a spot to quickly go and then back inside the house. It might help to stay outside for a few minutes, try to block the wind, and encourage them to go. Perhaps you have a few spare pee pee pads, you can try to use those (if you used them to train them). Hopefully the weather gets better!
