Hello!

We are adopting a new dog this weekend. She was rescued from a situation where she wasn't being fed and had no water or shelter. She had also recently had a puppy. Consequently, much of her hair had fallen out from malnutrition and stress. We think she's a boxer mix so her hair is short.

Anyway, since being in rescue, a lot of her hair has grown back and there are only a couple of bare patches. Yay!

But my question is what I should do for her to help bring her coat back to 100% healthy. For our current dog, we feed high-quality food (Innova) and add salmon oil to his food. Do you think that is sufficient or is there another supplement we should add?

Thanks so much!

That is the best thing to do. Good food with enough O3, keep her clean and happy and she will look like a different dog by summer.

Thanks Kathyy. That's what I was hoping to hear. I think our girl is beautiful now. I can't wait to see her all healthy and happy!
