Slowly get her used to just seeing/smelling the brush, then letting you touch her with it, then one quick brush, then 3 or 4, and so on. Reward every step of the way with praise/pets and treats. Never try to force her to let you brush her, work on teaching her to cooperate. It'll take a while, but it'll be worth it. You may also need to switch brushes. Some dogs like metal pin brushes, others like natural bristles, others like the rubber ones.
