My pup is 5 mos old, and we went through a bad case of biting at about 3.5 mos, did the ignore method and he seemed to stop. He has now started up again, and no matter what we do. Attempt to ignore and walk away, Yell "Ouch", "No", "Ah-Ah", he just keeps biting. The only thing that works is putting him in his cage. I know he is teething heavily right now, lost 3 teeth in the last 48 hours that I know of, could this be the reason? Is the teething comforting? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Teething definitely causes biting. Give him a frozen wet towel to gnaw on and ease the pain. They also make toys to freeze for teething if you want to buy a couple for him.
