It sounds like she got it up, which is good news. Keep a close eye on her. She may vomit more later. As Momtolabs said in the other thread, if she becomes lethargic stops eating, pooping, or is otherwise uncomfortable you will need to get her to a vet immediately. Obstruction is always a concern, but young pups, are especially vulnerable.
