Help! My one week old puppies have strange bumps on their feet

Hello everyone!

Yesterday I noticed that my one week old puppies have fleas on their body and bought anti-flea oil vet recommeneded me to use on them, but today I see that they have these little bumps mostly on their feet (paws), around belly and under mouth. Could these bumps be caused by flea allergy or it is something else?

They look like more than just bumps to me, but, I'm not a vet. Take the puppy to your vet and have him look at it.
