Two months ago my dog was diagnosed with cancer. Ever since then I have tried one thing or another to keep her eating. Recently she stopped eating completely and I am trying to get her to eat again. What I have noticed is that the cancer has given her an upset stomach. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with this problem and is there anything I can give her to settle her stomach, so she will eat?

Have you tried feeding boiled, skinless, boneless chicken and rice in very small frequent meals? Scrambled eggs can be appetizing enough to get them to eat. Can be handy if they won't eat anything else, and you need to give them meds, but don't want to do it on an empty stomach.
Vets can give meds for nausea, upset stomach. Call them, and they can tell you what over the counter people meds you can use.
Even offering the cooled broth from that will help keep her hydrated.
Is she taking pain meds? If so, taking them with food will help avoid stomach upset.
