I would go the "cause no harm" route....

In other words, do nothing. Just get her to the VET ASAP...

Nothing serious, just something with her pancreas they will check it out in the meantime they gave her some medicine and she's been doing fine. Her feces is fine, and she hasn't thrown up, and has been eating regularly.

Be very careful, and keep an eye. My baby boy had diabetes, and he started to experience high ketones and kidney failure. I ended up having to let him go and it will always hurt. It was just one day he started throwing up blood.

I will thanks so much. She seems to have returned to normal, and she's been doing fine but I won't let my guard down. Thanks for the notice. Also sorry for your loss.

It sucks, and he went before his time. He will be missed a lot. Definitely keep an eye on your pup, especially with those symptoms.
