So we adopted this precious little guy a few weeks ago and for the life of me I can't remember what the lady said his mix was. I know she said German Shepherd and maybe mountain something??? If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.

No guesses, just wanted to say he's a cutie. Love his sleeping face!

Maybe she said mountain cur? There are several cur types, breeds, and sort-of breeds that are used for hunting in some areas of the country that can have that tan/black mask pattern. One called a black mouth cur, but there is one called a mountain cur as well.

His coloring looks kind of like a Anatolian Shepherd..??
I am not to good with dog breeds- so that is just a guess

He is 10 weeks this weekend, he still sleeps alot!
