HELP, blue line under dogs iris.

It's midnight here, so no picture of my dog. But it looks exactly like this picture I found. Except, a little less blue. I have no idea what it is. My dog was sitting outside my bathroom when I noticed it so I pulled down her eyelid and at first I thought some kind of blue dye was in her eye. It's only on her left eye (which is our right). I took her into the light and I took a closer look. I was worried so I did research although I'm tired. This corona virus makes it harder to bring her to the vet, but I recently took my bearded dragon and guinea pig to the same vet. That vet is really good, and my mother is contacting her, as well as our vet that comes to our house. If you guys know anything about this I'd appreciate some help. I'm extremely scared, because my dog is precious to me. Please help me.
