Hi guys,
Extremely new in this forum. Just recently adopted a 5 month old puppy. She is adorable. Very quick learner and lovely. Just need some help figuring out what mix she is. The adoption center said it’s a lab mix. But that’s it !!
what do you guys think ??!? Some have said Belgian malinois & lab mix some gsd lab mix . Fearless and high energy !!! Listens quite well with treats and learned really quickly my commands given that we don’t know any prior training she had

Shelters love to call all mixes lab mixes. Everybody loves a lab. And labs get around, so it's a reasonable guess.

The truth is, your handsome pup is likely a mix of many breeds. A good DNA test, like Embark or Wisdom Panel, can give you some good information, though they are not 100% reliable. I have never regretted getting a DNA test for my dogs. I have only regretted not doing it for some dogs that are no longer with us.

Lacking a DNA test, I would say an All-American mutt which, to me, is a compliment. They are my favorite dogs and pretty much what dogs would look like without a lot of human intervention.

RonE,
Hahah thank you !! Love her the way she is. She is beautiful isn’t she ?!? And I was just curious about it. You’re right !! They all label them lab mixes. For some reason might be an attempt to attract more people to adopt based on breed type. But she choose us and that’s what’s most important !! She’s amazing !

How cute! Depending on where you live (and where she came form) she could be a Black Mouth Cur. If you want to do a "guess the breeds" DNA test, then both Embark and Wisdom Panel are fairly accurate. I'd do one that also tests for genetic health condition markers.
