Hi everyone
We just got our little Mylo home a week ago . He is a golden doodle and an adorable puppy . Day one was awesome - he sniffed around the home with a lot of curiosity , seemed playful and cheerful . Day 2 he stopped eating and drinking so we took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with Giardia . He was prescribed Flagyl and he continues to be on it . I feel that the only time I see him excited now is when he is offered food. He sleeps almost all day - when we wakes up , he takes a few strolls, plays with us probably for 5 mins and goes back to his crate .
No one in the generations of our family has ever had a pet so everything is very new to us. We love him already and I want to do the right thing for him . We have toys and he chews on a few of them as well , I am just wondering if there is something we are not doing right . How can we make him feel happy ? More active ? Our family has 2 kids and a hubby who love him and care for him .
Please help this new mama - Thanks
