Hello, my name is Heather and I'm new to the forum and thought I would come in and say Hi. I have a 7 week old Cane Corso and Shikoku Inu cross that we are training as my husbands service dog. I have been having a hard time finding much info from people who have owned a Cane Corso or Shikoku Inu and hoping to meet more who have worked with either breed and can give me some info on them. Are you sure that your dog is a cross of those two breeds? I only ask because Shikoku's are very rare in the US, so the chance of your dog has Shikoku is pretty slim.

There are a few Cane Corso owners on this forum that could tell you way more about that breed than I could. I don't think there is anyone with a Shikoku, but I could be wrong.

Yes I'm sure I have met both parents and seen their papers. I was blown away too when he told me the mix. I have yet to find a breeder in the US to talk to and get info from. Ill post his pic and the pics of his parents..thanks for the Welcomes!
