Hello fellow dog lovers

Hello all,

I am Tristan and as you may have guessed I am new to these forums, but I am happy to be here. I have been trying to talk and get to know other dog owners, breeders, trainers etc. either locally or internationally and I just came across this site, and thought it would be a great place for that.

I have always loved dogs and over the last 4-5 years have been doing a lot of research on dogs in general (but specifically Australian Shepherd's, which I have 3 of currently). I have always liked the idea of breeding and improving dog breeds and that is something that I started a few years ago with Aussies (first of course before that doing a lot of research and talking to local breeders, and making sure that, that is something I want to do and can devote the time to). I have been recently trying to get to know more dog people, get more knowledgeable with everything dog related (especially breeding) and I spend most of my time doing just that, and am hoping that these forums are another helping hand with that, especially since I know that there is so much to learn that having others mention things/remind me of things about dogs is going to be helpful (and hopefully I can help out as well where I can).

I look forward to chatting and getting to know people here.
