my dog is 4 years old and comes from South Italy. Recently heartworms were detected and now his Therapie started. (1 Month Roxyboctin-2 times a day and his first advocate spot on). In the 3rd month he will get 3 shots for killing them all.
He has already grown heartworms, but none in the middle of his heart directly. But a lot in the bronchial artery already..
Thursday last week we started and since Sunday night he got blood in his pee. We took him to the vet, and she found only red blood cells and no infection. Could come from the antibiotics.. sooo, has someone experienced the same? When did it get better?
(sorry for my maybe bad english, but Im from germany. But now im searching help here)
