I am wondering if anyone else has dealt with classypetshop.com as I cannot believe the grief I have experienced in in a Large dollar order that I placed recently. They keep telling me they have shipped my order than I get another email the next day saying that they did not. This has happened 3 times now... ???

Ask them for a tracking number. No matter what shipping company they use, there should definitely be a tracking number.

If the issue doesn't get resolved in a timely manner, dispute the charges with your credit card company (if they charged you....if they didn't, no worries). They're usually pretty good about that kind of thing.
