I noticed that when my dog is wearing his walking harness he's very calm and well behaved around the house. If he's not in it, he's hyper, crazy, and very playful. Is there a reason for this? Is there anything wrong with leaving it on him more often? He doesn't seem to be annoyed by it. Just a lot calmer.
