Hi!
I currently have a Kong harness, I hate it so much. Its padded nicely, but the stupid handle is ALWAYS sitting weird and it annoys me. I also have a sporn harness, but I don't care for it much. The padding is great, but the D-ring is connected to a piece of nylon thats stupid long, and I prefer a harness that doesn't tigten.
I've been looking at ruffwear, but I'm not willing to drop 40 dollars on a dog harness. Does anybody have any suggestions for a $30 dollar or less harness that you have found to be hardy? For hiking, lake visits, etc.
Must haves :
A handle, I grab his handle when a dog is approching to keep him close
a Large D ring, with space for a leash, and carabiner(s)
Y-front in shape
No halti / no pull / etc. (meaning i just want a harness, no tightining gimmicks, just a harness)
Deacon In his ever so hated kong
(yes, stacking my mutt, and doing a awful job it seems, is my favorite)
