My Aussie and I are from Ontario. She is pictured in my avatar. She is a double merle and as a result she is deaf. She's a wonderful young lady and she has no clue she is missing out on the hearing world as she listens to hand signals and behaves very well. Nice to meet all of you, I look forward to posting here.

Oh my goodness, she is gorgeous! Where did you get her from? That's great that she follows hand signals. I'm from Ontario as well. Welcome to DF :D

We got her from the breeder who acknowledged that they bred a merle to a merle. I'm actually friends with the owner of ANOTHER double merle puppy they bred from another litter, so this is something the breeder knowingly and willingly does to produce blue merle blue eyes puppies because they charge more. It makes me so mad! Our Aussie is named Zora by the way. I adore her, she has a lovely sweet little personality and is a lazier Aussie, though she loves to herd the family room couch by running circles around it. Ha ha!
