Hi everyone!
My name is Hayley and I am a Army wife currently stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. I currently stay at home with my furry baby, Felix. He is a three year old Aussie Shepherd / Pembroke Welsh Corgi mix and has been one of the best dogs I've ever had. My husband and I happened to be visiting the local animal shelter when we stumbled across this short, fat, contantly wagging tail, sweet faced dog and instantly fell in love. Apparently, he was staying with his a friend of his former owner when he was deployed to Afghanistan. Sadly, his owner never came home and his friend gave him up for adoption. We looked no further and adopted him on the spot. He is the complete opposite of what you would expect him to act. His favorite activity is sleeping. Although, if we pull the tennis balls out, he puts his game face on.
I've been meaning to join the fourms for awhile, and glad I finally decided to sign up. I've grown up with many different breeds of dogs ranging from Huskys to Yorkies. I think my goal for the future would to get a piece of land and have a herd of Corgis. They are seriously the most comical dogs I've ever met.
Glad to meet everyone ;3
