Seriously, I think it's like a drug to him lol.

We spent an hour at the dog park this morning. It was pretty much just us there so we spent the whole hour playing fetch/running. We got home and he did 10 minutes of "zoomies" around the house then crashed for a bit. Tonight, we went for a 2 mile walk which should have worn him out, but as soon as we got back to the house, it was another 10 minutes or so of "zoomies" and chasing the cat. Then he crashed lol. It's like the fresh air gives him that extra little bit of energy that he needs to expel before he can settle down.

Is anyone elses dog like this?

It's funny to see a dog behave that way! Your pet is incredibly healthy, that's why. Lethargic and unexcitable dogs are sickly dogs.

Yup. And wind can do this too. Fresh air may be cooler, but it definitely has lots of new and wonderful smells. Think Wizard of Oz from B&W Kansas to colorful OZ.... in smellavision!
